The Grease Rift

The Grease Rift ripped the last restaurant out of Bun City and left it floating between networks. Its portals now open into different chains, bringing strange customers, impossible ingredients and increasingly chaotic rushes.

The restaurant can only survive if 3,333 Genesis Buns report for the First Shift. Every Bun becomes a permanent member of the crew. Its gameplay history, assigned department, achievements, equipment and future portal activity become part of its identity.

The pig companions are Truffle Scouts. They locate rare recipes, ingredients and hidden portal keys.

A daily modifier driven by an approved onchain price feed changes the rush: Dinner Rush, Celebration Menu, Comfort Food Shift, Prep Day, Brunch Mode. It changes customers, visuals, recipes and cosmetics, never financial rewards.

  2. Your Bun gets credited. Its Pantry shows exactly what it owns: 0.4 MCD and all.
  3. Cash out whenever. Say the word, we sell, you get paid. Your Bun goes back to flipping buns.
